A Vision

One morning, just recently, I awoke from a dream that left me feeling a little different and a little melancholy.

After waking up I saw my two older children off to school, and noticed I had a light in the corner of my eye that wouldn't go away. I thought at first it was just something in my eye, or just eye strain, but it wasn't. It was a little distracting, and something was just telling me to go and sit quietly and see what would happen.
So I went and sat downstairs in the quiet. I sat here at my computer and looked at the light. It wasn't bright, just in the corner of my eye and wasn't going away. As I focussed, it moved more to the centre of my sight. Then it looked like one of those lights you see after looking at something really bright and then you look away, that kind of thing, only I hadn't looked at anything bright.
It started growing and shifting ever so gently. It's shape looked like an embryo or kidney been shape. But it was transforming before my eyes, in disbelief I watched, a little panicked, but something just said to me to stay and watch it, that everything would be fine.
The light looked like a life form growing, inside and around this shape were all these prismatic moving, pulsing little lights, all making up these shapes like pyramids that were moving around and around it. And it grew more and expanded until it took over my whole field of vision. The layers that formed this shape were infinite and growing and constantly moving. Picture this, layers and layers of lights, realities, and shapes moving, growing, shifting and expanding until they enveloped me. It was a little scary, but exhilarating like nothing I've ever known.
Once fully immersed in it, it was sort of like looking through a veil of another being, totally benevolent, totally aware of me and itself, and yet we were one. I looked on, and as I did, I could see a silvery whiteness around me.  To my left was a kind of illumination,  a concentration of awareness.  From this was a ribbon or string of silver light coming through the wall, into the light beside me, and then going into my eyes. My eyes were wide open and seeing like I've never seen before, I was in utter awe.
Then there was a fluttering sensation, and I looked through the veil and to my left I saw what looked like a white bird flying towards me, and the fluttering was its wings beating. The sensation entered my eyes and something happened that I can't explain. It was like I was lifted up, and my eyes changed, my perception shifted and changed forever. Then it faded and the sensation left, but my eyes remained the same. My eyes are totally normal and I can see again like I always could, but now I 'see' more around me than I ever thought I would be able to.
The feeling of connection that I experienced will never leave me, we are truly all connected to every living conscious being, I saw it, and now I believe. I am sure I was shown this to help me progress on my journey, and to share it with all of you. I could not ask for more from spirit than this vision. It explains everything, and I want you all to know, even if you don't see this connectedness that it is there and it does exist. I became more awakened, reality will never be the same for me again. We are all our own creators of life, and we chose our own reality, and inside that force within us lies everything we will ever want or ever know.

About My Channeled Messages/Readings

I have studied and practised for many years tapping into the spiritual realm since my dreams so often take me there.  These studies have led me to doing readings for people, and so many love to hear directly from their guides and sometimes loved ones who have passed over come through too.

I never really know what will come through, sometimes a person's guide with a message, sometimes that person's soul, their higher self, and sometimes just a light energy comes through, but all are of the light and have that person's best interests at heart. 

When I was learning to channel I spent much time in meditation learning to focus the mind.  I had to let go of misconceptions, learnt about true humility, and let go of the past.  It was a long difficult journey, part of which was also learning about ego and how to put it aside to let higher knowledge in.

The journey was truly an awakening in and of itself.  It still is not over as I am still learning and practising deepening my connection with spirit and with the energy of oneness, or the source.  I have learnt that we are all connected, we really aren't that different from one another, and we are all here to learn from those who are in our lives. 

I truly believe that we all chose to be here on earth, we chose to come down from the other side to learn what we need to learn in order for our soul's to evolve and ascend.  We chose our parents, the people in our lives that are present, the problems that arise that must be overcome, the trials and tribulations we face on a daily basis.  It's all for us to learn from.  And after all without any conflict or problems in life, by which I mean the hard stuff, what would be the point of the good?  Without any negative experiences what would we use to measure or compare the good stuff in life by?

It's all about balancing the darkness with the light, the good and the bad, the yin and yang. 

Throughout my life I have learnt that there's no greater gift than that of serving others and taking care of each other, and I have chosen to serve through channelling, art, and dream readings(interpretations).   What a better place this would be if we all just stood back from our own lives for a moment, took a deep breath, a good look around ourselves and asked, what can I do to help?

Dreams

Dreams serve as doorways into your subconscious realities.  They have many functions many of which are unknown by society today.  They are brutally honest about what is deeply embedded in your soul and are a true reflection of yourself at that given time.  Some believe that we tap into a universal or collective consciousness when we dream.  There are infinite amounts of information and experiences that can be learnt from when in dream state. 

Why do we see and experience what we do when we sleep?  Many reasons, some of which are a process of sorting out and organizing that previous day's events and situations, or previous lifetimes worth of experiences.  So many people dream of past lives, things that couldn't possibly happen in this lifetime and yet it seems so real and so vivid.  Many people dream of living out fantasies that are absolutely impossible to accomplish in reality.  Some dream about visitations from loved ones who have passed over.  The possibilities are endless...

Colors, emotions, directions, words, numbers, pictures, physical sensations, memories that become distorted or warp into something completely different, the people we meet in dreams, spiritual energy that's felt, the way things are perceived all play a part in dreamland.  There are no rules, inhibitions or laws of normalcy in dreams.

Understanding what your dreams are telling you, especially those profound or confusing ones, can be a very important tool to bringing self awareness and opening you up to greater happiness and success in life.   You can learn about the root cause of many emotions you may be experiencing, hidden feelings, repressed issues of the heart and why you look at life the way you do. 

There are many different types of dreams; prophetic, release, mystical, creative, spirit message, lucid, nightmare, story or epic, life lesson, recurring, healing, paranormal, and archetypal.  Many of these overlap each other and you can experience several within the same dream simultaneously.
